To provide a sensing device and a monitoring system or the like capable of surely detecting the inclination of a bridge to be monitored even if it is affected by vibration or the like and monitoring abnormality of the bridge.SOLUTION: A bridge monitoring device 10 is provided with an abutting part 19 abutting on a bridge, a casing part 20 connected to the abutting part 19 via a vibration-isolating material 27, an inclination detection sensor part housed inside the casing part 20 and detecting inclination of the bridge abutted via the abutting part 19, and a detection information transmission part transmitting detection information detected by the inclination detection sensor part by radio communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
