To provide a detection sensor, a monitoring system and the like for monitoring abnormality of a bridge by surely measuring displacement of the bridge to be monitored while saving energy.SOLUTION: A displacement detection sensor 10 for detecting displacement of a joining part of bridges comprises: a first connection part 20a connected to a first bridge part; a second connection part 20b connected to a second bridge part connected to the first bridge part via the joining part; a wire 21 connected to a first connection part and a second connection part across a joint part; a detection part for detecting disconnection of the wire 21; and a transmission part for wirelessly transmitting disconnection information indicating disconnection of the wire when the detection part detects disconnection of the wire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
