FASTENER FOR FIXING SOFT MATERIAL
To improve fastening rigidity and a loosening-stop effect while simplifying a structure, in a fastener for fixing a soft material such as a heat insulation material to a base material such as a deck plate.SOLUTION: A fastener is composed of a screw with a self-drilling function such as a drill screw, and a washer 15 superimposed on a soft material 17 such as a heat insulation material. A seat face 7 of a head part 3 of the screw is formed into a polygonal form having a plurality of ridge lines 7a, and an angular tapered cylinder part 16 fitted to the angular seat face 7 of the screw is formed at the washer 15. For the screw to be loosen after being fastened, the screw should be rotated with respect to the washer 15, and for the rotation of the screw, the washer 15 should be pressed down by the ridge lines 7a of the seat face 7; however, since the washer 15 has bitten into the soft member already, the washer 15 cannot be made to further bite into the soft member. That is, the return rotation of the screw is prohibited by an elastic restoration force of the soft material, thus making a loosening-stop effect high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】デッキプレートのような基材に断熱材等の軟質材を固定するための締結具において、構造を簡単化しつつ締結強度と緩み止め効果とを向上させる。【解決手段】締結具は、ドリルねじ等の自己穿孔機能付きビスと、断熱材等の軟質材17に重なるワッシャー15とから成っている。ビスにおける頭部3の座面7は複数の稜線7aを有する多角形になっている一方、ワッシャー15には、ビスの角形座面7と嵌合する角形のテーパ状筒部16が形成されている。締結後にビスが緩むためには、ビスがワッシャー15に対して回転する必要があり、ビスが回転するためには、座面7の稜線7aによってワッシャー15を押し下げねばならないが、ワッシャー15は既に軟質材に食い込んでいるため、ワッシャー15を軟質材に更に食い込ませることはできない。すなわち、軟質材の弾性復元力によってビスの戻り回転が阻止される。よって、緩み止め効果が高い。【選択図】図2
