The present invention relates to a fastener to fix and install an insulating material and, more specifically, to a fastener to fix and install an insulating material, which guides insertion of a tablet press guide by a cutoff part formed at a spout of a flange of the fastener and strongly supports the guide without being easily separated when fixing the insulating material on a wall. According to the present invention, the fastener to fix and install an insulating material comprises: a body having a hollow formed therein; the flange extended from one end of the body in a vertical direction and having a through-hole communicating with the hollow; and a coupling unit formed to have a diameter gradually reduced towards the outside from an end part of the body and passing a fixing nail through a center. Moreover, to strongly support the guide by being bent simultaneously with the insertion of the tablet press guide, a plurality of cutoff grooves, which are radially formed from the center of the through-hole to induce the guide to be advanced straightly to the inner center of the body, are formed in the through-hole of the flange, and a plurality of cutoff pieces are formed between the cutoff grooves.
본 발명은 단열재 고정용 파스너에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 벽체에 단열재 고정 시 파스너의 플랜지 입구에 형성된 절개부에 의해 타정기 가이드의 삽입을 안내함과 동시에 가이드가 쉽게 이탈되지 않도록 견고하게 지지할 수 있는 단열재 고정용 파스너에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단열재 고정용 파스너는, 내부에 중공을 갖는 몸체, 상기 몸체의 일단에 수직 방향으로 연장 형성되고 상기 중공과 연통되는 관통공을 갖는 플랜지, 및 상기 몸체의 단부에서 외측으로 갈수록 직경이 작게 형성되고 중앙에 고정못이 관통되는 체결부를 포함하는 파스너에 있어서, 상기 플랜지의 관통공에는 타정기의 가이드 삽입과 동시에 절곡되어 가이드를 견고하게 지지하고, 상기 가이드를 상기 몸체의 내부 중심으로 직진 유도하도록 상기 관통공의 중심으로부터 방사상으로 다수의 절개홈이 형성되고, 상기 절개홈들 사이에 다수의 절개편이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
