SAND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD AND EXCAVATION DEVICE FOR GROUND IMPROVEMENT
To provide a sand ground improvement method and an excavation device for ground improvement efficiently constructing a drain hole (a crushed rock hole) using crushed rocks for prevention of liquidation of the sand ground by consolidation.SOLUTION: An excavation device is provided with: a casing 1 with a specific length; an excavation rod 2 embedded in the casing 1 and arranged with an excavation part 22 provided with an excavation bit at a lower end and a press-in spiral blade right above the excavation bit; and a cap body 3 detachably attached on the upper end of the casing 1 and provided with a joint part to an upper part of the excavation rod 2. The sand ground improvement method comprises steps of attaching the excavation device to an excavation machine body A to vertically construct the casing 1 through non-soil discharge drilling excavation using the excavation part 22, then throwing in crushed rocks C from the upper end of the casing 1 after removing a cap body 3, compacting and filling the crushed rocks C by vertical motion of the excavation rod 2, and constructing a crushed rock pile D in the sand ground B by pulling up an excavation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】砂地盤の液状対策として砕石によるドレン孔(砕石杭)を圧密に且つ効率的に構築する砂地盤改良工法並びに地盤改良用掘削装置を提供する。【解決手段】所定長のケーシング1と、ケーシング1に内装され、下端に掘削ビット及び掘削ビット直上に抑え込み螺旋羽根を備えた掘削部22を設けた掘削ロッド2と、ケーシング1上端に着脱自在に被冠装着すると共に、掘削ロッド2上端との連結部を設けたキャップ体3とで構成した掘削装置を、掘削機体Aに装着して掘削部22による無排土穿孔掘削によってケーシング1の立て込みを行い、しかる後キャップ体3を分離してケーシング1上端から砕石Cを投入し、投入された砕石Cを掘削ロッド2の上下動による砕石Cの圧密充填を行い、掘削装置を引き抜いて砂地盤Bに砕石杭Dを構築する。【選択図】図3
