    To provide an enclosure unit having a door that is difficult to pry open, and an automatic toll collection machine.SOLUTION: An enclosure unit includes an enclosure with a groove extending in a first direction, a plurality of locking rods aligned in the first direction, each extending in a second direction that intersects the first direction, a locking plate with a plurality of notches each of which can engage with the associated locking rod, and a door that holds the locking plate on a plate side facing the enclosure in a slidable manner in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
