PIPING, PIPING SYSTEM, INSTALLATION METHOD OF PIPING, AND DETECTION METHOD OF PIPE CLOGGING OR OVERFLOWED LIQUID
To provide a detection method of pipe clogging or an overflowed liquid, that can accurately detect pipe clogging etc. without damaging piping equipment.SOLUTION: A liquid detection sensor 50 is arranged in a branch pipe 30 extending from a piping body 20, and a closing member 40 is provided in a pipeline R of the piping body 20. A valve mechanism 60 that can close the pipeline R so that liquid can flow in, and can change a closed position of the pipeline R when a backflow occurs is configured by making the closing member 40 movable in a section between taper parts 22A, 22C. A signal is transmitted from the liquid detection sensor 50 when the liquid flows into a branch pipe 30 at a time of backflow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】配管設備などがダメージを受けることなく、正確に管詰まりなどを検知する。【解決手段】配管本体20から延びる分岐管30内に液体検出センサ50が配置され、また、配管本体20の管路Rに閉塞部材40が設けられる。テーパー部22A、22Cとの区間で閉塞部材40を移動可能にすることで、液体の流入可能に管路Rを閉塞し、逆流が生じると管路Rの閉塞位置を変えることができるバルブ機構60を構成する。逆流時に分岐管30へ液体が流れこむことで、液体検出センサ50から信号が発信される。【選択図】図3
