ASCENDING/DESCENDING DEVICE FOR REPAIRING BUILDING
To provide an ascending/descending device for repairing a building which securely prevents rolling of an ascending/descending base with a simple and inexpensive configuration and which is advantageous in improving workability.SOLUTION: In an ascending/descending device 14 for repairing a building, an ascending/descending base 16 is provided with guide rollers 30 which cannot move in a horizontal direction and roll in a vertical direction on each vertically extending rail 12 for preventing a work gondola from swinging at a plurality of places with an interval in a circumference direction of a peripheral face of a building 10. Even when strong wind or an earthquake occurs, rolling of the ascending/descending base 16 is securely prevented with a simple and inexpensive configuration, to keep the ascending/descending base 16 in a stable state and become advantageous in improving workability of work performed by workers on the ascending/descending base 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡単で安価な構成により昇降台の横振れを確実に防止し、作業性の向上を図る上で有利な建物改修用昇降装置を提供する。【解決手段】本実施の形態の建物改修用昇降装置１４によれば、建物１０の周面の周方向に間隔をおいた複数箇所に上下方向に延在する作業用ゴンドラ振れ止め用の各レール１２に水平方向に移動不能で上下方向に転動する案内ローラ３０を昇降台１６に設けた。強風や地震などが発生した場合であっても、簡単で安価な構成により昇降台１６の横振れを確実に防止して昇降台１６を安定した状態に維持できるため、昇降台１６に搭乗した作業員による作業性の向上を図る上で有利となる。【選択図】図１
