TEMPORARY WORKING PLATFORM USING ROTARY PILE IN WORKING PLATFORM PILE
To provide a temporary working platform which can be constructed by obtaining bearing capacity that has an N value lower than an original support layer and is required in a shallow intermediate layer even in a ground where the original support layer is deep.SOLUTION: A plurality of working platform piles 1 are erected at a predetermined interval in a ridge direction and a span direction of a temporary working platform. A sleeper 2, a horizontal joining material 3 and horizontal and vertical braces 5 and 4 are provided between each of adjacent working platform piles 1, 1, respectively. A floor joist 6 is installed on the sleeper 2, and a covering plate 7 is laid on the floor joist 6. As a part or all of the working platform piles 1, a rotary pile having one or a plurality of blades 9 mounted on a tip support part of a pile body 8 is used. The working platform piles 1 are installed so that a tip of the pile has a depth 40-80% of an original support layer depth, and an N value is positioned in an intermediate layer of 40 or less. The blades 9 of the working platform piles 1 are mounted so as to be positioned in a section of the intermediate layer in the pile body 8 of the working platform piles 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本来の支持層が深い地盤であっても、本来の支持層よりN値が低く浅い中間層で必要な支持力を得て構築できる仮設構台を提供する。【解決手段】仮設構台の桁行方向および梁間方向に、複数の構台杭1を所定間隔おきに立設する。隣接する各構台杭1,1間に大引き2、水平継ぎ材3および水平、垂直ブレース5,4をそれぞれ架設する。大引2の上に根太6を架設し、根太6の上に覆工板7を敷設する。構台杭1の一部または全部として、杭本体8の先端支持部に一または複数の羽根9が取り付けられた回転杭を用いる。構台杭1は、当該杭の先端が本来の支持層深度の40~80%の深さであって、N値が40以下の中間層に位置するように設置する。構台杭1の羽根9は、構台杭1の杭本体8における中間層の区間内に位置するように取り付ける。【選択図】図1
