EXPANSION JOINT COVER
To provide an expansion joint cover capable of preventing a bolt from being broken even when a vehicle is suddenly braked or stopped.SOLUTION: A joint cover 1 comprises: a first angle anchor 21 and a second angle anchor 22 provided in neighboring skeletons 100; a first receiving frame 31 and a second receiving frame 32 provided on an upper face of each angle anchor 21, 22; a lid 13 which is provided across the first receiving frame 31 and the second receiving frame 32, which has a recess having a spherical seat portion 51c at the first receiving frame 31 side, and a part of whose lower face at the second receiving frame 32 side is supported by the second receiving frame 32; a bolt 61 which is in contact with a lower face of the first angle anchor 21, which is inserted into the first angle anchor 21, the first receiving frame 31, and the lid 13, and whose tip is stored in the recess; a nut 63 screwed with the bolt 61; and a disc spring 64 provided in the bolt 61, disposed between the seat portion 51c and the nut 63, and being in contact with the seat portion 51c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】車両の急制動及び急停止であっても、ボルトの破損を防止できるエキスパンションジョイントカバーを提供すること。【解決手段】ジョイントカバー１は、隣り合う躯体１００に設けられる第１アングルアンカー２１及び第２アングルアンカー２２と、各アングルアンカー２１、２２の上面に設けられる第１受枠３１及び第２受枠３２と、第１受枠３１及び第２受枠３２に渡って設けられ、第１受枠３１側に球面状の座部５１ｃを有する窪みを有し、第２受枠３２側の下面の一部が第２受枠３２に支持される蓋１３と、第１アングルアンカー２１の下面に当接し、第１アングルアンカー２１、第１受枠３１及び蓋１３に挿通されるとともに、先端が前記窪みに収容されるボルト６１と、ボルト６１に螺合されるナット６３と、ボルト６１に設けられ、座部５１ｃとナット６３との間に配置され、座部５１ｃと当接する皿バネ６４と、を備える。【選択図】 図３
