AIR MORTAR PRODUCING METHOD AND TWO-COMPONENT PLASTIC GROUT INJECTION METHOD
To provide an air mortar producing method that can suppress the hydration reaction of air mortar transported from a ready-mixed concrete factory to a site by a mixer truck, thereby a fluidized state retention time during on-site installation can be increased, and a two-component plastic grout injection method.SOLUTION: In a method for producing air mortar used for generating plastic grout H by mixing air mortar F and aluminum sulfate (aqueous solution G), sodium tripolyphosphate powder D in as a powder state is added at a site to mortar C which is prepared at a ready-mixed concrete factory 1 and in which the progress of the hydration reaction is continued during transportation to the site by a mixer truck, thereby a fluidized state retention time is adjusted to be shorter than a bubble disappearance time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】生コン工場からミキサー車で現場に搬送されたエアモルタルの水和反応を抑制して現場施工時の流動状保持時間を長くすることができるエアモルタルの製造方法及び二液性可塑状グラウト注入工法を提供する。【解決手段】エアモルタルFと硫酸バン土(水溶液G)を混合して可塑状グラウトHを生成するのに用いられるエアモルタルの製造方法であって、生コン工場1で調合され、ミキサー車で現場に搬送する間に水和反応が進行継続したモルタルCに、現場でトリポリリン酸ナトリウム粉末Dを粉末状態のまま添加することにより、気泡消失時間よりも流動状保持時間が短くなるように調整する。【選択図】図1
