CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR STAIRCASE AND DIVISION UNIT FOR STAIRCASE CONSTRUCTION
To provide a construction method for a staircase considerably reduced in work on a construction site by dispensing with adjustment of sizes of treads, risers, and side boards on the site, and depressed in time and cost required for the construction of the staircase.SOLUTION: In a construction method for a staircase for constructing the staircase between right and left wall faces 2, 3, a staircase 1 is formed of vertically divided multiple units 11-13, each of the divided units 11-13 is formed by assembling treads 10a and risers 10b for multiple steps with right and left side plates 10c at a factory. After fixing rails 20 to each of the right and left wall faces 2, 3 at an angle along a slope of the staircase 1, the multiple divided units 11-13 are placed sequentially from a lower side to the rails 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】踏み板や蹴込み板や側板の寸法を現場で調整する必要がなくなる等、現場での作業を大幅に削減することができ、階段の施工に要する時間やコストを抑えることができる階段の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】左右の壁面間2,3に階段を施工する階段の施工方法において、階段1を、上下に分割された複数の分割ユニット11~13で構成し、それぞれの分割ユニット11~13を、複数段分の踏み板10a及び蹴込み板10bと、左右の側板10cとを工場で組み立てたものとし、左右の壁面2,3のそれぞれに、階段1の傾斜に沿った角度でレール20を固定した後、レール20に対して、複数の分割ユニット11~13を下側から順に載せていくようにした。【選択図】 図10
