The invention provides a staircase unit and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of machinery. The staircase unit is arranged at the inner side of an outer wall and comprises an internal supporting part, a staircase prefabricated part and corbels; the internal supporting part is located atthe inner side of the outer wall; the staircase prefabricated part comprises a staircase and rest platforms located at the two ends of the staircase; the corbels are connected with the inner side ofthe outer wall and the internal supporting part; and the two ends of the stair prefabricated part are connected with the corbels at the outer wall and the corbels of the internal supporting part correspondingly. The construction method of the staircase unit includes the steps of A, preparing; B, corbel connection; C, pre-connection; and D, positioning connection: the ends of the staircase prefabricated part are connected with the corbels through joint bars, then concrete grouting is adopted at joints, and the concrete is solidified and formed to form a whole staircase part unit. The staircaseunit and the construction method thereof are high in construction efficiency.
