To facilitate shaping of an outer contour shape of a seal material into a substantially arcuate shape while protecting a wall surface.SOLUTION: In a seal construction method including a step of filling a gap part 42 of an outer wall part 41 with a seal material Sj in a first axis CL1 direction, and a step of shaping the seal material Sj so that an outer contour of the seal material Sk becomes substantially arcuate, the shaping step shapes the seal material Sj using a seal shaping tool 1 having a shaping tool body 2 having a gripping part 21 with a second axis CL2 direction as a longer direction and a curved part 22 having a substantially arcuate horizontal cross-sectional shape with a work side recess and a non-work side projection, and an elastic shaping part 3 mounted on a work side of the curved part 22 so that the second axis CL2 of the shaping tool body 2 becomes along the first axis CL1 of the gap part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】壁面を保護しつつシール材の外輪郭形状を略円弧状に整形することを容易にする。【解決手段】外壁板41の隙間部42の第1軸線CL1方向に沿ってシール材Sjを充填する工程と、シール材Skの外輪郭が略円弧状となるように、当該シール材Sjを整形する工程と、を有するシール施工方法であって、整形する工程では、第2軸線CL2方向を長手方向とする把持部21、及び、作業側が凹、非作業側が凸となる略円弧状の横断面形状を備えた湾曲部22、を備えた整形具本体2と、湾曲部22の作業側に取り付けられた弾性整形体3と、を有する、シール整形具1を用いて、整形具本体2の第2軸線CL2が隙間部42の第1軸線CL1に沿うようにしつつ、シール材Sjの整形を行う。【選択図】図3
