DOOR FRAME, METHOD OF INJECTING FILLING MATERIAL INTO DOOR FRAME, AND DOOR FRAME ASSEMBLY METHOD
To provide a door frame where filling material 8 is injected in a sill 7 as a lower horizontal frame member of the door frame 3 formed in a four side frame shape, allowing a flow stop member 9 to be arranged in a simple configuration to stop the filling material 8 from flowing to a Y side of a connection corner part in a left and right direction of the sill 7.SOLUTION: A flow stop member 9 is provided with: a flow stop piece 9a stopping flow of filling material 8 to a Y side of a connection corner by partitioning a hollow section X; and an opposite piece 9b that is folded from the flow stop piece 9a and faces a sill indoor vertical face part 7 in an adjacent state or an abutment state, wherein the filling material 8 is injected in a state the flow stop member 9 is temporarily held by attaching the opposite piece 9b on the sill with an adhesive tape 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】四周枠状に形成されたドア枠3の下横枠材である沓摺り7に充填材8が充填されたものにおいて、充填材8が沓摺り7の左右方向連結コーナー部Y側への流れ止めをするための流れ止め材9を簡単な構成で設けることができるようにする。【解決手段】流れ止め材9を、中空状部Xを仕切って充填材8の連結コーナー部Y側への流れ止めをする流れ止め片部9aと、該流れ止め片部9aから折曲されて沓摺り屋内側縦面部7cに近接または当接状態で対向する対向片部9bとを備えて構成し、該流れ止め材9を、対向片部9bを沓摺りに粘着テープ10で仮保持した状態で充填材8を充填する。【選択図】図5
