To provide a substrate material for a stairway allowing construction of the stairway at an initial stage of building, satisfying a specification of a ministerial ordinance semi-fireproof construction while allowing an easy construction, and a construction method for the stairway.SOLUTION: Substrate materials for a stairway A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D1 and D2 installed between a cradle of a footboard of the stairway and a column member of a staircase comprise a plate member including noncombustible material and a batten provided along two opposite sides of one face of the plate member formed with a substantially U-shaped cross section and the batten projects outward from the two opposite sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築の初期段階での階段施工を可能とし、省令準耐火構造の仕様を満たすことができるとともに、施工も容易な階段用下地材及び階段の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】階段の踏板の受台と階段室の柱部材との間に設置される階段用下地材Ａ１，Ａ２，Ｂ１，Ｂ２，Ｃ１，Ｃ２，Ｄ１，Ｄ２であって、不燃材からなる板部材と、板部材の片面の対向する２辺に沿って設けられた当て木部材とで断面略コ字状に形成され、当て木部材が対向する２辺の各々の外側に向けてはみ出している。【選択図】図１
