DESIGN METHOD, MANUFACTURING METHOD, WELDMENT METHOD AND WATERPROOF COUNTERMEASURE METHOD OF PRECOAT MEMBER
To provide a design method, a manufacturing method, a weldment method and a waterproof countermeasure method of a precoat member capable of exerting required fire resistance efficiency in the event of fire.SOLUTION: A design method of arrangement positions of fireproof material preventing the fireproof material from foaming due to weldment heat relative to a precoat member while allowing the fireproof material to exert prescribed fire resistance efficiency in the event of a fire comprises the steps of: obtaining a relation of a steel material temperature increase amount of a steel frame member and a distance from a weldment position in welding ends of the steel frame members for each of a board thickness of the steel material; obtaining a relation of a factor of a relational expression representing the relation and the board thickness of the steel material; setting the board thickness of the steel material and the steel material temperature increase amount, deciding the factor of the relational expression based on the set board thickness of the steel material and applying the set steel material temperature increase amount to the relational expression and obtaining a distance from the weldment position; and designing an arrangement position of the fireproof material based on the obtained distance.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】火災時に所要の耐火性能を発揮することができるプレコート部材の設計方法、製造方法、溶接方法、防水対策方法を提供する。【解決手段】プレコート部材に対する溶接熱で耐火材料が発泡しないとともに火災時に耐火材料が所定の耐火性能を発揮することが可能な耐火材料の配置位置を設計する方法であって、鉄骨部材の端部どうしを溶接する際の鉄骨部材の鋼材温度上昇量と溶接位置からの距離の関係を鋼材の板厚ごとに求めるステップと、前記関係を表す関係式の係数と、鋼材の板厚の関係を求めるステップと、鋼材の板厚と鋼材温度上昇量を設定し、設定した鋼材の板厚に基づいて前記関係式の係数を決定するとともに、設定した鋼材温度上昇量を前記関係式に当てはめて溶接位置からの距離を求めるステップと、求めた距離に基づいて、耐火材料の配置位置を設計するステップとを有するようにする。【選択図】なし
