PRECOAT MEMBER AND CURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a pre-coating member and its curing method capable of preventing contamination of a fire-resistant paint coating surface due to rust fluid without leaving foreign matters which inhibit stud welding.SOLUTION: A pre-coating member 10 with a steel member 14 and a fire-resistant paint 20 provided on the surface of the steel member 14 via an undercoat layer 18 is further provided with a masking tape 26 peelable against the part of the surface of the steel member 14 including a planned welding point P. The undercoat layer 18 is preferably provided on the surface of the steel member 14 to cover the masking tape 26 provided on the surface of the steel member 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スタッド溶接を阻害するような異物を残さないとともに、さび汁による耐火塗料塗装面の汚染を防止することができるプレコート部材およびその養生方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄骨部材１４と、この鉄骨部材１４の表面に下塗り層１８を介して設けられる耐火塗料２０とを備えるプレコート部材１０であって、鉄骨部材１４の表面の溶接予定箇所Ｐを含む部分に対して剥離可能に設けられたマスキングテープ２６をさらに備えるようにする。下塗り層１８は、鉄骨部材１４の表面に設けられたマスキングテープ２６を覆うように鉄骨部材１４の表面に設けられることが好ましい。【選択図】図１
