CEILING CARRYING SYSTEM INSIDE BUILDING, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF CEILING CARRYING RAIL INSIDE BUILDING
To provide a ceiling carrying system inside a building which dispenses with a suspension base exclusive for a ceiling carrying rail, allows installation of the ceiling carrying rail irrespective of construction of the exclusive suspension base and ceiling panels, reduces a construction period, allows efficient and simple work for orbit correction and highly accurate position adjustment of the ceiling carrying rail, and allows easy change of a device layout.SOLUTION: A ceiling carrying system inside a building comprises a suspended ceiling 10 having ceiling panels 12 supported by a substrate frame 11 suspended to the skeleton top face of a building, multiple side bars 3 supported by the substrate frame 11 and extending in a second direction Y with an interval in a first direction X, and unit frames 4 unitized in a connected state of a ceiling carrying rail 2 from above and extending in the first direction X. The unit frame 4 is positioned on the multiple side bars 3, movably provided in the first direction X, the second direction Y and a vertical direction Z. The ceiling carrying system is supported in a suspended state to the side bars 3 at a positionally adjusted prescribed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天井搬送レール専用の吊り元が不要となり、専用の吊り元や天井パネルの施工に関わらずに天井搬送レールを設置でき、工期を短縮でき、天井搬送レールの軌道修正や精度の高い位置調整を効率よく簡単な作業により行え、装置レイアウトの変更を容易に行える。【解決手段】建物の躯体天面に吊り下げられた下地フレーム11によって支持された天井パネル12を備えた吊り天井10と、下地フレーム11に支持され第2方向Yに延び第1方向Xに間隔をあけて設けられる複数のサイドバー3と、天井搬送レール2を上方から連結した状態でユニット化して第1方向Xに延びるユニットフレーム4と、を備え、ユニットフレーム4は、複数のサイドバー3の上側に位置し、第1方向X、第2方向Y、及び上下方向Zに移動可能に設けられ、位置調整された所定位置でサイドバー3に対して吊り下げられた状態で支持された構成の建物内天井搬送システムを提供する。【選択図】図1
