To provide a machine learning device capable of efficient operation of entire fluid supply devices with a bird's-eye view.SOLUTION: The machine learning device is a machine learning device for generating a setting learning model for controlling a fluid supply device including: a fluid supply unit (water supply unit WSU) placed within a building 1, the fluid supply unit having a motor the rotation of which is controlled by an inverter and a pump for transferring fluid using the motor as the driving source; and a usage trend acquisition unit that acquires information on fluid usage trends at consumers in the building 1. The machine learning device includes: a learning data storage unit storing a plurality of sets of learning data including at least data relating to the usage trend of the fluid acquired by the usage trend acquisition unit as input data; and a machine learning unit that inputs multiple sets of the learning data to the learning model to cause the learning model to learn a correlation between the input data and parameters for the inverter to control the motor.
