INNER LAYER STRUCTURE OF PIPE AND LAYING METHOD OF INNER SURFACE MATERIAL CONSTITUTING INNER LAYER STRUCTURE
To provide an inner layer structure of a pipe and a method of laying the inner surface material constituting the inner layer structure, which enables simplification of the composition of the inner surface material and improves workability by not requiring a large amount of force for the work of engaging the inner surface material.SOLUTION: One inner surface material 4A has a fitting portion 41 that fits with a fitted portion 31 of an inner surface material fixing member 3 on the outside, and a first engaged portion 42 having a projecting piece 42a extending inward at one end in the pipe circumferential direction and protruding to the other side in the pipe circumferential direction. The other inner surface material 4B has the fitting portion 41 that fits with the fitted portion 31 of the inner surface material fixing member 3 on the outside, and a first engaging portion 43 having a projecting piece 43a extending outward at the other end in the pipe circumferential direction and protruding to the one side in the pipe circumferential direction. The first engaged portion 42 of the one inner surface member 4A and the first engaging portion 43 of the other inner surface member 4B are engaged to form a first engagement portion. In the relationship between the pair of engaging portion 43 and engaged portion 42, the engaging portion 43 is arranged only on the other side of the engaged portion 42 in the pipe circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】内面材の構成を簡略化できるようにするとともに、内面材を係合する作業に大きな力を要さず、作業性を向上することができる管の内層構造及びその内層構造を構成する内面材の敷設方法を提供すること。【解決手段】一の内面材4Aは、外側に内面材固定部材3の被嵌着部31と嵌着する嵌着部41と、管周方向の一方側の端部において、内側に向かって延び、さらに管周方向の他方側に突出する突片42aを備える第一の被係合部42を備え、他の内面材4Bは、外側に内面材固定部材3の被嵌着部31と嵌着する嵌着部41と、管周方向の他方側の端部において、外側に向かって延び、さらに管周方向の一方側に突出する突片43aを備える第一の係合部43を備えるようにし、一の内面材4Aの第一の被係合部42と、他の内面材4Bの第一の係合部43とが係合して、第一の係合部位を構成し、一対の係合部43と被係合部42との関係において、係合部43は被係合部42の管周方向の他方側にのみ配置されるようにする。【選択図】図3
