INNER LAYER STRUCTURE OF PIPE
To provide an inner layer structure of a pipe that can simplify the structure of an inner surface material by not using an inner material connecting material, does not require large force to engage an inner material, improve workability, and can absorb dimensional errors caused by bending or the like of an existing pipe to reliably connect inner materials.SOLUTION: An inner surface material 4 has a long band shape in a pipe axial direction of a pipe 1, and covers an inner surface of the pipe 1 by arranging the inner surface material 4 having a same cross-sectional shape in a pipe circumferential direction and fixing the inner surfaces to an inner surface material fixing member 3. The inner surface material comprises: an engaged part 41 that is engaged with the inner surface material 4 on one end side at one end in a pipe circumferential direction; a fixed part 42 that is fixed to an inner surface material fixing mechanism 31 of the inner surface material fixing member 3 at the center in the pipe circumferential direction; and an engagement part 43 that engages with the inner surface material 4 on the other end side at the other end in the pipe circumferential direction. At least one groove part 44 configured to be continuous in a pipe axis direction is provided on a surface of the inner surface material 4 on a pipe center side of the pipe 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】内面材連接材を使用しないようにすることで、内面材の構成を簡略化できるようにするとともに、内面材を係合する作業に大きな力を要さず、作業性を向上しながら、既設管の屈曲等に起因する寸法誤差を吸収して、内面材同士を確実に連結することができる管の内層構造を提供すること。【解決手段】内面材4は、同一断面形状の内面材4を管周方向に並べて内面材固定部材3に固定することで、管1の内面を覆うようにした、管1の管軸方向に長い帯状をし、管周方向の一端部において、一端部側の内面材4に係合される被係合部41と、管周方向の中央部において、内面材固定部材3の内面材固定機構31に固定される被固定部42と、管周方向の他端部において、他端部側の内面材4に係合する係合部43とを備え、内面材4の管1の管心側の面に、少なくとも一つの管軸方向に連続する溝部44を設けて構成される。【選択図】図4
