To automate recording work relating to banking construction work and improve efficiency of management.SOLUTION: Banking construction is managed by information that is acquired in a soil-gathering place Pd and a banking place Pm and is transmitted to a cloud server Sv. The cloud server Sv stores beacon ID information on each back hoe Bh, and soil property master information indicating soil property of soil S excavated by each of the back hoes Bh during a predetermined period. When a vehicle information processing system of a dump truck Dt acquires the beacon ID information from the back hoes Bh in the soil-gathering place Pd, the system sends a position of the dump truck Dt, a date when the position is calculated, specific information of the dump truck Dt and the beacon ID information of the back hoes Bh, to the cloud server SV. When detecting unloading, the vehicle information processing system of the dump truck Dt in the banking place Pm sends the position of the dump truck Dt, the date when the position is calculated, the beacon ID information of the back hoes Bh and the specific information of the dump truck Dt, to the cloud server Sv.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
