FILLING METHOD IN CAVITY FORMED BY PULLED-OUT STEEL SHEET PILE
To provide a filling method in a cavity formed by a pulled-out steel sheet pile and a filling device in the cavity formed by the pulled-out steel sheet pile allowing a filling material to be prevailed enough to a bottom of the cavity and having high suppression effect against ground subsidence and tilting of a building.SOLUTION: A filling method in a cavity includes: attaching an injection pipe 21 of a pump 2 on a lower end of a steel sheet plate 1 by pulling out the steel sheet plate 1 fixed in the ground from the underground (injection pipe attachment process); re-inserting the steel sheet plate 1 after the injection pipe attachment process in the cavity together with the injection pipe 21 (re-insertion process); injecting a filling material from the injection pipe 21 to the cavity by driving the pump 2 after the re-insertion process and pulling out the steel sheet plate 1 while being reciprocally moved in a longitudinal direction (injection process); and imparting vibration to the injection material injected in the cavity in the injection process with a vibrator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】充填材を空隙の底部まで十分に行き渡らせることができ、地盤沈下や建造物傾斜の抑止効果が高い鋼矢板引抜空隙充填工法および鋼矢板引抜空隙充填装置を提供する。【解決手段】で地中に固定された鋼矢板1を地中から引き抜いて鋼矢板1の下端にポンプ2の注入管21を取り付ける(注入管取付工程)。注入管取付工程後の鋼矢板1を注入管21とともに空隙に再挿入する(再挿入工程)。再挿入工程後、ポンプ2を駆動して注入管21から充填材を空隙に注入するとともに鋼矢板1を長さ方向に往復運動させながら引き抜く(注入工程)。注入工程において空隙に注入された充填材にバイブレータで振動を加える。【選択図】図1
