HINGE FITTING STRUCTURE AND METHOD
To provide a hinge fitting structure and method allowing sufficient water stop effect to be obtained and providing good workability of a hinge with dent plate to be inserted into a frame body.SOLUTION: In a hinge fitting structure, a second dent plate 61 of a hinge 6 is inserted into an insertion hole 300 formed on a first width face 30 of a door end side jamb 3 and fixed inside. A cover 8 is provided in the inside of the door end side jamb 3 so as to form a surrounding space S that surrounds an insertion site of the second dent plate 61 located in the inside. The surrounding space S is filled with filler 9. A gap C between a surface of the second dent plate 61 and the insertion hole 300 is filled with the filler 9 from the inside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】丁番の羽板を枠体に差し込むタイプの丁番において、十分な止水効果が得られ、かつ、作業性が良好な丁番の取付構造及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】丁番６の第２羽板６１を戸尻側縦枠３の第１見付面３０に形成した挿入孔３００に挿入させて内部で固定してなる丁番の取付構造において、戸尻側縦枠３の内部には、前記内部に位置する第２羽板６１の挿入部位を囲む囲繞空間Ｓを形成するようにカバー８が設けてあり、囲繞空間Ｓが充填材９によって充填されており、充填材９によって、第２羽板６１の面部と挿入孔３００との間の隙間Ｃを内部から塞ぐようになっている。【選択図】図７
