HINGE FITTING STRUCTURE AND METHOD
To provide a hinge fitting structure and method allowing sufficient water stop effect to be obtained and providing good field workability of a hinge with dent plate to be inserted into a frame body.SOLUTION: In a hinge fitting structure, a dent plate (a second dent plate 61) of a hinge 6 is inserted into an insertion hole 300 formed on a first width face 30 of a door end side jamb 3 and fixed inside. A sealing material 8 formed of a sheet like member is attached to the first width face 30 so as to cover the insertion hole 300. A slit 82 corresponding to the insertion hole 300 is formed on the sealing material 8. Periphery of the slit 82 is bent into the insertion hole 300 to form a bending part 81'. One surface of the bending part 81' is tightly adhered to the surface of the second dent plate 61 so as to close a gap C between the surface of the second dent plate 61 and a marginal part of the insertion hole 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】丁番の羽板を枠体に差し込むタイプの丁番において、十分な止水効果が得られ、かつ、現場作業性が良好な丁番の取付構造及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】丁番６の羽板（第２羽板６１）を戸尻側縦枠３の第１見付面３０に形成した挿入孔３００に挿入させて内部で固定してなる丁番の取付構造において、第１見付面３０には、挿入孔３００を覆うように、シート状部材からなる密閉材８が貼り付けてあり、密閉材８には、挿入孔３００に対応してスリット８２が形成されており、スリット８２の周縁部が、挿入孔３００内に折り曲げられて折り曲げ部８１´を形成しており、折り曲げ部８１´の一方の面部が第２羽板６１の前記面部に密着することで、第２羽板６１の面部と挿入孔３００の縁部の間の隙間Ｃを塞ぐようになっている。【選択図】図３
