MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF CEMENT CLINKER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CEMENT CLINKER
To provide a cement clinker manufacturing system capable of heightening a carbon dioxide gas concentration about a portion of gas, and capable of reducing a concentration of carbon dioxide gas for other exhaust gas.SOLUTION: A cement clinker manufacturing system 1 comprises: a cyclone preheating device 2; a rotary kiln 3; a calcination furnace 4 for promoting decarboxylation of a raw material; a clinker cooler 5; a kiln exhaust gas discharge path 6; a combustion-supporting gas supply path 9 for guiding combustion-supporting gas of which oxygen concentration is heightened to the calcination furnace 4; a lime-containing raw material supply path 20 for supplying the lime-containing raw material recovered at raw material recovering means 11a, 11b to any one of the cyclone heat exchangers 2a to 2c; a second decarboxylated raw material supply path 13 for supplying a portion of the decarboxylated raw material to the cyclone heat exchanger 2d; and a decarboxylated raw material supply amount control device 15 for adjusting a temperature in the cyclone heat exchanger 2c by adjusting an amount of the raw material supplied to the cyclone heat exchanger 2d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
