To improve workability of connecting a plurality of plate members.SOLUTION: There is provided a connecting member 71 for connecting two rectangular plate-like members having through holes formed in the thickness direction in a crossed state, which includes a connecting body portion 72 arranged at a connection of the two plate-like members that are crossed with each other and integrally connected with a pair of thin plate-like wall portions 72a crossing each other, and a cylindrical connection fitting portions 73 that protrude from each of the pair of wall portions 72a and are fitted into the through holes. The cylindrical connection fitting portions 73 includes at least any one of an outer cylindrical portion 73a that protrudes from the outer surfaces of the pair of wall portions 72a and opens outward and an inner cylindrical portion that protrudes from the inner surfaces of the pair of wall portions and opens toward inward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
