The invention discloses a connecting connector and a connecting joint. The connecting connector comprises a first groove piece and a second groove piece, wherein a first groove is formed in the side wall of the first groove piece, and the width of an opening of the first groove is smaller than the width in the first groove; a transversely-through second groove is formed in the side wall of the second groove piece, the width of an opening of the second groove is smaller than the width in the second groove, and an inserting and fixing connecting piece comprises a first inserting and fixing part,a second inserting and fixing part and a connecting part; and after the first groove piece abuts against the second groove piece, the first inserting and fixing part and the second inserting and fixing part of the inserting and fixing connecting piece are correspondingly inserted into the first groove and the second groove. According to the connecting connector, the first groove piece and the second groove piece are connected and fixed through the inserting and fixing connecting piece, the structural integrity is good, firm connection is guaranteed, connection is carried out in the mode, theconnection is faster, and the construction period is shortened conveniently.
