To provide a toilet seat device capable of suppressing viewing of a sensor part by a user.SOLUTION: There is provided a toilet seat device mounted on an upper part of a toilet bowl in which a bowl part is formed for receiving excrement, and comprises: a toilet seat 5 capable of rotating between a first state for covering from an upper side, a top face of the toilet bowl, and a second state not for covering the top face of the toilet seat from the upper side; a sensor part 100 which is provided on the toilet seat with directivity in the toilet bowl in the first state, and can detect, at least one of a color, a shape and amount of feces discharged to the toilet bowl; and a cover part 102 provided on the toilet seat. If the toilet seat is in the second state, the sensor part is shielded by the cover part from the front side of the toilet bowl.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
