To provide a formwork jig and a formwork jig device capable of easily and surely forming a notch in a cloth foundation part in a foundation concrete of a house and being repeatedly usable without staining the surroundings.SOLUTION: A short straight portion jig 10 is a jig attached to a foundation formwork K in order to form an entrance drop GO which is a band-shaped notch with a predetermined depth in an upper portion of a side surface of a cloth foundation part NK in foundation concrete of a house, including: a rectangular body plate 11, a bottom plate 12 extending forward from the entire lower side of the body plate 11 to a length corresponding to the predetermined depth d; a space holding piece 13 extending forward from a position spaced apart from the bottom plate 12 on a front surface of the body plate 11 to a length corresponding to the predetermined depth; and an attaching portion 14 provided on the body plate 11 and fixed to an upper portion of an inner formwork K1 in the foundation formwork K.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
