To more securely cool concrete.SOLUTION: A concrete curing apparatus comprises: a temperature data acquisition unit for acquiring temperature data on concrete after placed; a parameter acquisition unit for acquiring as parameters a flow rate and temperature of coolant to be supplied to a cooling pipe provided inside the concrete in order to manage the concrete's temperature and perform cooling; and a parameter control unit for controlling the parameters on the basis of management temperature transition data that is acquired through preliminary analysis and is to be followed by the concrete. The parameter control unit controls the parameters by: separating a period from start time to end time of the management temperature transition data into a plurality of sections at predetermined time intervals around a reference as which a peak time being a time for reaching a peak temperature is taken; and, depending on temperature variation in each of the plurality of sections, setting a certain target temperature in each of the plurality of sections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
