SOUND INSULATION WATER CUTOFF SYSTEM AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR SOUND INSULATION WATER CUTOFF SYSTEM
To provide a sound insulation water cutoff system which reduces noise generated from an outdoor machine room and prevents infiltration of water from a penetration part of a building in a ventilation duct provided in an exterior wall penetration part of the building, and a construction method.SOLUTION: A sound insulation water cutoff system consists of: a sound insulation water cutoff sleeve 21 in which a vibration prevention/sound insulation material 30a is mounted on an inner wall and a coupling flange 21c for connecting with a ventilation duct is attached in a front end; a pre-construction sound absorber 22 in which a vibration prevention/sound insulation material 30b is mounted inside of an outside plate, a vibration prevention material 22b is mounted on an outer surface, and a coupling flange 22c for connecting with a post-construction sound absorber 23 is attached in a rear end; and the post-construction sound absorber in which a vibration prevention/sound insulation material 30c is mounted on an inner surface of an outside plate, and a coupling flange 23c for connecting with the pre-construction sound absorber 22 is attached in a front end. The sound insulation water cutoff sleeve and the pre-construction sound absorber are connected integrally and attached by being inserted from a penetration part 7 provided on an exterior wall of a building and thereafter, the pre-construction sound absorber and the post-construction sound absorber are coupled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の外壁貫通部に設けた通気ダクトにおいて、屋外機械室から発生する騒音を低減し、かつ建物の貫通部からの水の侵入を防止する遮音止水スシステム及び施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】内壁に防振・遮音材30aが装着され、先端部には通気ダクトと接続するための連結用フランジ21cが取り付けられた遮音止水スリーブ21と、外板内側に防振・遮音材30bが、外面には防振材22bが装着され、後端部には後施工消音器23と接続するための連結用フランジ22cが取り付けられた先行消音器22と、外板内面に防振・遮音材30cが装着され、先端部には先行消音器22と接続するための連結用フランジ23cが取り付けられた後施工消音器とで構成される。前記遮音止水スリーブと先行消音器が一体に接続され、建物の外壁に設けられた貫通部7から挿入して取付け、その後、前記先行消音器と後施工消音器とを結合してなる。【選択図】図1
