PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition low in thermal curability and capable of maintaining elasticity even when receiving long term heat history.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition consists of a mixture by mixing 100 pts.wt. of a collected and plasticized polyvinyl butyral resin, 10 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of a recycled rubber recycled from a vulcanizate and 10 pts.wt. to 200 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
