To provide a dust treatment device capable of smoothly cooling and stably conveying dust.SOLUTION: A dust treatment device 100 comprises: a mixing part 10 for mixing dust and water to be used in cement manufacturing facility to generate steam; a flow channel 20 into which a fluid containing the dust and the steam from the mixing part 10 flows; a water sprinkling part 30 for spraying water into the flow channel 20; and a collecting part 40 for collecting a slurry which is produced in the flow channel 20 and contains the dust and the water from the water sprinkling part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
