EMERGENCY STOP DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE, AND CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE
To provide an emergency stop device for construction vehicle which can perform an emergency stop operation of a vehicle in an emergency and which can be retrofitted to a vehicle.SOLUTION: An emergency stop device for a construction vehicle which controls a brake device 20 by a tilting operation of a brake pedal 21 comprises: obstacle detection means 10A detecting an obstacle; and a brake auxiliary device 40 controlling the brake device 20 based on a signal from the obstacle detection means 10A. The brake device 20 and the brake auxiliary device 40 rotate in cooperation with the tilting operation of the brake pedal 21 to share a shaft 27 capable of operating the brake device 20. The brake auxiliary device 40 includes: a second hydraulic cylinder 41 moving forward/backward based on a signal from control means 12; a flexible belt portion 53 one end of which is fixed to a vehicle side and the other end of which is fixed to a tip of the second hydraulic cylinder 41; and a cooperation portion 61 with which the belt portion 53 cooperates and which rotates the shaft 27 by forward/backward movement of the second hydraulic cylinder 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
