To provide a ceiling device capable of improving workability, and a ceiling panel installation structure.SOLUTION: A ceiling device 1 includes: a ceiling panel 20 that has fixing pieces 29 extending toward an interior space provided on first edges 21 on both sides in a first direction; and panel receiving parts 12 placed on both sides of the ceiling panel in the first direction, and on which the first edges are placed. In the panel receiving part, a restricting piece portion 15 through which a fastener 9 that is attached to the fixing piece penetrates along the center side of the fixing piece in the first direction to prevent the fixing piece from moving toward the center in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
