To provide an apartment house including a common corridor with a sufficient width guaranteed even when various facilities are provided at the common corridor.SOLUTION: An apartment house comprises: two adjacent dwelling units; a handrail facing the two dwelling units; a common corridor coupled to the two dwelling units and situated between the two dwelling units and the handrail; and a facility apparatus arranged on the side of the two dwelling units of the common corridor. The common corridor has at least two lateral grooves provided along the handrail. The two lateral grooves are arranged to sandwich the facility apparatus without being overlapped with the facility apparatus, in a second direction orthogonal to a first direction in which the common corridor extends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】共用廊下に様々な設備が設けられる場合においても、十分な幅が確保された共用廊下を備える共同住宅を提供する。【解決手段】共同住宅は、隣接する二つの住戸、上記二つの住戸に面する手摺、二つの住戸に繋がり二つの住戸と手摺の間に位置する共用廊下、および共用廊下の二つの住戸側に配置される設備機器を備える。共用廊下は、手摺に沿って設けられる少なくとも二つの側溝を手摺側に有する。二つの側溝は、共用廊下が延伸する第１の方向に対して垂直な第２の方向において、いずれも設備機器と重ならず、設備機器を挟むように配置される。【選択図】図１
