According to one aspect of the present invention, a method of constructing an independent apartment house includes the following steps of: (a) constructing a framework in which unit sites with collecting wells is formed for each floor; (b) parceling out each of the unit sites; (c) designing unit households and landscaping on upper portions of the unit sites; and (d) constructing the unit households and the landscaping. Therefore, the method of constructing an independent apartment house can form the landscaping for each unit household in the apartment house.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 독립형 공동주택 시공 방법은 (a) 각각의 층마다 집수정을 구비하는 단위대지가 형성된 골조를 시공하는 단계, (b) 각각의 상기 단위대지를 분양하는 단계, (c) 상기 단위대지의 상부에 단위세대 및 조경을 설계하는 단계 및 (d) 상기 단위세대 및 조경을 시공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
