FAST HARDENING GROUT COMPOSITION
To provide a fast hardening grout composition having small variation in setting time due to the amount added of a fast hardening admixture material and cement and the temperature during operation.SOLUTION: There is provided a fast hardening grout composition which comprises cement, a fast hardening admixture material, alum, sodium carbonate and tartaric acid, wherein the content of cement is 150 to 1900 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the fast hardening admixture material, the content of alum is 0.4 to 10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total amount of the fast hardening admixture material and cement, the content of tartaric acid is 0.1 to 5 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total amount of the fast hardening admixture material and cement and the content of sodium carbonate is 1.0 to 2.5 pts.mass based on 1.0 pt.mass of tartaric acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】速硬性混和材やセメントの添加量や作業時の温度による凝結時間の変動が小さい速硬性グラウト組成物を提供する。【解決手段】セメントと、速硬性混和材と、ミョウバンと、炭酸ナトリウムと、酒石酸とを含む速硬性グラウト組成物であって、セメントの含有量が速硬性混和材１００質量部に対して１５０～１９００質量部であり、ミョウバンの含有量が速硬性混和材とセメントの合計量１００質量部に対して０．４～１０質量部であり、酒石酸の含有量が速硬性混和材とセメントの合計量１００質量部に対して０．１～５質量部であり、炭酸ナトリウムの含有量が酒石酸１．０質量部に対して１．０～２．５質量部である速硬性グラウト組成物。【選択図】なし
