To provide a mobile working tool that provides work associated with an opening of a deck plate even in a work environment in which it is difficult to provide a lower layer with a scaffold, a vehicle for high lift work, etc., and enables a safety belt to be easily used to more easily prevent a worker from falling.SOLUTION: A mobile working tool 1 comprises: an enclosure part 2 which has a frame 21 capable of encircling a sleeve 102; casters 3 which are fitted to the enclosure part 2; a pair of upward projection parts 4 which are provided to have an upper end part located above the enclosure part 2; an upper bar 5 which connects the upward projection parts 4; a safety block 6 which is fitted to the upper bar 5 to prevent a worker from falling; and a main rope 7 with a tensioner which is fitted to the upper bar 5 and is used to lower a cut deck plate 101. The mobile working tool 1 is arranged encircling the sleeve 102 with the frame 21, and then the safety block 6 and the main rope 7 with the tensioner can be installed nearby the sleeve 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】下層に足場や高所作業車などを設けることが難しい作業環境下であっても、デッキプレートの開口に係る作業を行うことができ、また、安全帯を簡便に使用することが可能となり、作業者の落下防止をより容易に図ることができる移動式作業治具を提供する。【解決手段】移動式作業治具１は、スリーブ１０２を取り囲み可能なフレーム２１を有する囲い部２と、囲い部２に取付けられたキャスター３と、上端部が囲い部２よりも上方に位置するよう設けられた一対の上方突出部４と、上方突出部４間を連結する上部バー５と、上部バー５に取付けられ、作業者の落下を防止するためのセーフティブロック６と、上部バー５に取付けられ、切断されたデッキプレート１０１を下方へと降ろす際に用いられる緊張器付き親綱７とを備える。フレーム２１によりスリーブ１０２を取り囲むように移動式作業治具１を配置することで、セーフティブロック６及び緊張器付き親綱７をスリーブ１０２近傍に設置することができる。【選択図】 図８
