To provide a fireproof building allowing workability to be improved for a boundary wall meeting fireproof and sound isolation features.SOLUTION: A fireproof building 1 is provided with a receiving structure of a boundary wall 10 having fireproof and sound isolation features. The boundary wall 10 comprises: a panel 11 (ALC panel) having a fireproof feature; and a first board 12 (a first gypsum board) and a second board 13 (a second gypsum board) arranged at a position with the panel 11 therebetween in a thickness direction of the boundary wall 10 and having a sound isolation feature. The panel 11 in the boundary wall 10 consecutively extends from a foundation 2 of the fireproof building 1 to an attic space 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】耐火性能及び遮音性能を満たす界壁において施工性の向上を図ることが可能な耐火建築物を提供する。【解決手段】耐火建築物１は、耐火性及び遮音性を有する界壁１０の納まり構造を備えている。界壁１０は、耐火性を有するパネル１１（ＡＬＣパネル）と、界壁１０の厚み方向においてパネル１１を間に挟む位置に設けられ、遮音性を有する第１ボード１２（第１石膏ボード）及び第２ボード１３（第２石膏ボード）とを有している。界壁１０のうち、パネル１１が、耐火建築物１の基礎２から小屋裏６まで達するように連続して延びている。【選択図】図２
