QUICK-DRYING HIGH-EARLY-STRENGTH CONCRETE SUITABLE FOR RAPID REPAIR OF PAVEMENT SLAB AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To disclose quick-drying high-early-strength concrete suitable for rapid repair of pavement slab and a production method thereof in the field of concrete.SOLUTION: A raw material of quick-drying high-early-strength concrete contains, on the basis of parts by weight, a rapid structure repair material of 1240 to 1340 pts.wt., crushed stones of 860 to 1060 pts.wt., as well as water. A weight ratio of water and the rapid structure repair material is (0.11 to 0.13):1. The rapid structure repair material contains a pulverulent body, cellulose, polyacrylamide, an auxiliary agent and an anti-separation agent with a weight ratio of (5 to 12):(4 to 6):(2 to 5):1:(0.05 to 0.15), and is prepared by mixing them. The production method includes mixing the crushed stones and the rapid structure repair material evenly to obtain an admixture and mixing the admixture and water evenly to obtain the quick-drying high-early-strength concrete. The concrete of the present application greatly reduces construction work time since it has fast coagulation, high early strength, and excellent early anti-crack property.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本願はコンクリート分野に関し、具体的には、舗装版の急速修復に適する速乾性早強コンクリート及びその製造方法を開示する。【解決手段】速乾性早強コンクリートの原料は重量部基準で、急速構造補修材1240-1340部と、砕石860-1060部と、水とを含み、水と急速構造補修材の重量比は(0.11-0.13):1であり、前記急速構造補修材は重量比が(5-12):(4-6):(2-5):1:(0.05-0.15)である粉体、セルロース、ポリアクリルアミド、補助剤及び抗分離剤を含んで混合して調製される。その製造方法は、砕石と急速構造補修材を均一に混合して混合材を得、次に混合材を水と均一に混合して速乾性早強コンクリートを得ることである。本願のコンクリートは凝結が早く、早期強度が高く、しかも優れた早期耐ひび割れ性を有するため、施工の作業時間が大幅に短縮される。【選択図】なし
