ROOF STRUCTURE IN PLATE ROOFING MATERIAL
To solve the problem that conventionally, the specified work length is measured on the roof, measurement points are marked, and the bottom edge of the roofing material is aligned with the markings and fastened with binding materials, and thus installation is time-consuming, and the work length of the roofing material tends to vary, resulting in unstable waterproof performance.SOLUTION: The roof structure of the plate roofing material of the present invention consists of a plate-shaped body and a joint plate. The joint plate is arranged below the contact portion of the side end portion of the plate-shaped body. The joint plate has a joint fixing portion on the head side and a work length positioning projection projecting on the upper surface side. The plate-shaped body has a body fixing portion and a body work length positioning reference portion. The joint fixing portion and the body fixing portion are integrated by simultaneously binding them to the roof base with a fixing binding material. At the time of step roofing, the body work length positioning reference portion of the upper plate-shaped body is abutted against the work length positioning projection of the joint plate fixed to the lower plate-shaped body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】従来は規定の働き長さ寸法を屋根上で測定し、測定箇所間を墨打ちし、屋根材の尻端部を墨に合わせて緊結材で留め付けるため、施工に手間が掛かったり、屋根材を留め付けた際の働き長さ寸法がばらつきやすく、防水性能が安定しないという課題があった。【解決手段】本発明の板状屋根材の屋根構造は、板状本体とジョイント板からなり、前記ジョイント板は前記板状本体の前記側端部の当接部の下方に配置され、前記ジョイント板には頭側にジョイント固定部と上面側に突出した働き長さ位置決め突部を有し、前記板状本体には本体固定部と本体働き長さ位置決め基準部を有し、前記ジョイント固定部と前記本体固定部を固定緊結材で同時に屋根下地へ緊結することで一体化し、段葺きの際に、下段の前記板状本体に固定した前記ジョイント板の前記働き長さ位置決め突部に上段の前記板状本体の前記本体働き長さ位置決め基準部を当て止めする。【選択図】 図4
