To provide technology capable of downsizing an unmanned flying object in a laying method of a main rope using the unmanned flying object.SOLUTION: A laying method of a main rope comprises a process of preparing an unmanned flying object, a main rope and a guide rope lighter than the main rope and connected to the main rope, a process of carrying the guide rope by the unmanned flying object and laying it at a main rope laying position including a first laying position and a second laying position different from the first laying position temporarily and a process of replacing the main rope with the guide rope and laying the main rope at the main rope laying position by pulling the guide rope laid temporarily at the main rope laying position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
