To easily and safely replace a bead for absorbing impact and vibration of a glass panel attached in a bead attachment groove of an upper crosspiece or a lower crosspiece of a handrail.SOLUTION: In a bead attachment structure having a long bead 23 in communication with a panel 4 and absorbing impact and vibration mounted to a long bead attachment groove 24 provided at a lower crosspiece 20 of a handrail, the bead 23 comprises a bead body 23a in communication with an outer surface of the panel 4 and a mount part 23b mounted in the bead attachment groove 24 the bead attachment groove 24 comprises an insertion opening 24a into which the mount part 23b of the bead 23 is inserted and storage space 24b into which the mount part 23b is stored. In addition, the mount part 23b of the bead 23 forms a corner part of anti-insertion side of upper and lower edge parts 23d at an inclined plane 23e by chamfering and the insertion opening 24a of the bead attachment groove 24b forms a corner part of the storage space 24 side of upper and lower edge parts 24c at an inclined plane 24d by chamfering.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】手摺りの上桟あるいは下桟のビード取付溝内に取り付けられている、ガラスパネルの衝撃及び振動を吸収するビードを簡単かつ安全に交換する。【解決手段】手摺りの下桟20に設けられた長尺のビード取付溝24に、パネル4に当接して衝撃及び振動を吸収する長尺のビード23が取着されたビード取付構造であって、ビード23は、パネル4の外面に当接するビード本体23aとビード取付溝24内に取着される取着部23bとを備え、ビード取付溝24は、ビード23の取着部23bが挿入される挿入開口24aと取着部23bが収容される収容空間24bとを備えた。そして、ビード23の取着部23bは、上下の端縁部23dの反挿入側の角部を面取りによる斜面23eに形成し、ビード取付溝24の挿入開口24aは、上下の縁部24cの収容空間24b側の角部を面取りによる斜面24dに形成した。【選択図】図6
