PRECAST CONCRETE FOUNDATION MATERIAL FOR FORMING MAT FOUNDATION, FORMING DEVICE FOR FORMING PRECAST CONCRETE FOUNDATION MATERIAL, FORMING METHOD FOR PRECAST CONCRETE FOUNDATION MATERIAL USING FORMING DEVICE, AND FORMING METHOD FOR MAT FOUNDATION USING PRECAST CONCRETE FOUNDATION MATERIAL
To provide novel precast concrete foundation material for forming a mat foundation allowing earthquake-resistant strength to be maintained while being allowed to be safely transported with light weight.SOLUTION: Precast concrete foundation material comprises: bottom walls 4a to 4d in a required shape; and standing walls 6a-1 to 6d-4 standing upward from side edges of the bottom walls 4a to 4d and forming grooves 14a to 14d in the same shape as the required shape in a plan view. Opening windows 20a to 20d in communication with the grooves 14a to 14d are formed in lower ends of the standing walls 6a-1 to 6d-4, and upper surfaces and end surfaces of the grooves 14a to 14d formed with the standing walls 6a-1 to 6d-4 are configured to be open.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量で安全に搬送することができるにも拘らず充分な耐震強度を維持できる、新規のベタ基礎形成用プレキャストコンクリート基礎材を提供すること。【解決手段】所要形状の底壁4a乃至4dと、底壁4a乃至4dの側縁から上方に起立して平面視において上記所要形状と同一形状の溝14a乃至14dを形成する起立壁6a-1乃至6d-4とを有し、起立壁6a-1乃至6d-4の下端部には溝4a乃至4dに連通する開口窓20a乃至20dが形成されており、起立壁6a-1乃至6d-4によって形成される溝14a乃至14dの上面及び端面は開放されているように構成する。【選択図】図1
