LOW-TEMPERATURE CURING HIGH-STRENGTH PRECOATED SAND MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a low-temperature curing high-strength precoated sand material and a preparation method thereof.SOLUTION: A low-temperature curing precoated sand material comprises components A and B, the component A comprises a quartz sand, resin and a curing agent, the component B comprises a modified curing agent, the component A in the low-temperature curing precoated sand material is 60 mass% to 80 mass%, and the component B in the low-temperature curing precoated sand material is 20 mass% to 40 mass%. The precoated sand material is obtained by subjecting the quartz sand to resin coating treatment and compounding the quartz sand with the modified curing agent, so that the precoated sand material can be solidified, and the underwater stability can be kept for a long time by being solidified in the water at a high solidification rate and a high agglomeration strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低温硬化型高強度被覆砂材料およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】低温硬化型被覆砂材料は、成分A、Bを含み、成分Aは、石英砂、樹脂および硬化剤を含み、成分Bは改質硬化剤を含み、前記低温硬化型被覆砂材料において、成分Aは60質量%~80質量%であり、成分Bは20質量%~40質量%である。本発明に記載の被覆砂材料は、石英砂に対し、樹脂で被覆処理を施し、改質硬化剤と組み合わせることにより、速い凝固速度と高い固結強度で水中に固結することで、水中安定性を長期間維持することができる。【選択図】図1
