CIVIL ENGINEERING MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CIVIL ENGINEERING MATERIAL
To provide easily-usable civil engineering materials, capable of improving furthermore water permeability and water holding ability of a construction object land; and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Decomposed granite soil 1, a solidification material 2, a granulating agent 3 and water 4 are inputted into a mixing container 5, and agitated sufficiently to form admixture 6. Then, the admixture 6 is placed calmly under such a circumference that rainwater does not fall into the mixing container 5, and that moisture does not enter, and moisture 7 contained in the admixture 6 is vaporized. When a moisture content in the admixture 6 becomes 5 mass% to 15 mass%, drying is finished, and civil engineering materials 10 are completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】使い方が容易であり、施工対象土地の透水性及び保水性を更に向上させることができる土木用資材及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】混合容器5内に、真砂土1、固化材2、団粒化剤3及び水4を投入し、十分撹拌することにより混合材6を形成した後、混合容器5内に雨水が降り込んだり、水分が浸入したりしない環境下で混合材6を静置し、混合材6中に含まれる水分7を蒸発させ、混合材6の含水率が5質量%~15質量%となったら、乾燥が終了し、土木用資材10が完成する。【選択図】図1
