MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RECYCLED CIVIL ENGINEERING MATERIAL, AND RECYCLED CIVIL ENGINEERING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a recycled roadbed material that suppresses elution of unnecessary element even when cement undergoes neutralization, along with the recycled roadbed material thus manufactured.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a recycled roadbed material of the present invention includes: a material mixing step, in which a material mixture is formed by mixing a material made from soot and dust or cinder with water; an insolubilization step using a trace element, in which the material mixture is mixed with ferrous chloride to cause a trace element contained in the material to react, to obtain an insolubilized material mixture; a pH raising step, in which pH of the material mixture mixed with the ferrous chloride is raised; a solidifying material mixing step, in which a solidifying material containing cement is mixed into the material mixture following the pH raising step; a solidified body formation step, in which the material mixture is cured to obtain a solidified material body, following the solidifying material mixing step; and a crushing step, in which the solidified body is crushed to a prescribed grain size following the solidified body formation step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】セメントが中性化を起こすようなときでも、不要な元素の溶出を抑えることができる再生路盤材の製造方法及び当該方法により製造された再生路盤材を提供する。【解決手段】発明に係る再生路盤材の製造方法は、ばいじん又は燃え殻からなる材料及び水を混合することにより材料混合物とする材料混合工程と、材料混合物に塩化第一鉄を混合することにより材料に含まれる微量元素と反応させ不溶化する微量元素不溶化工程と、塩化第一鉄を混合した材料混合物のpHを上昇させるpH上昇工程と、pH上昇工程を経た材料混合物に対しセメントを含む固化材を混合する固化材混合工程と、固化材混合工程を経た材料混合物を養生し材料固化体を得る固化体生成工程と、固化体生成工程を経た固化体を所定の粒径に破砕する破砕工程とを有する。【選択図】図3
